Terms of Use
Redraw ("Redraw," "we," "us") is operated by [Redraw LLC / Daniel Smith]. By using redrawlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. Who can post
Anyone may view the Site. Posting is limited to licensed clinicians and clinicians in training, age 18 or older, who verify an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) that belongs to them. You may not use another person's NPI or impersonate anyone.
2. No patient information. Ever.
You must not post protected health information or anything that could identify a patient, including names, initials, record or account numbers, exact dates, ages over 89, room numbers, photos, images of lab reports or patient labels, or case details. The Site is designed to collect only a lab, a value, a year, an age range, an outcome, and the emergency department. You are solely responsible for making sure everything you post is de-identified and that posting it complies with HIPAA, state law, and your employer's policies.
3. Your content
You are responsible for what you post, including its accuracy. You must have the right to share it. If you credit another clinician ("seen by"), you confirm they are comfortable being named. You grant Redraw a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, rank, and share your posts on and about the Site. We may edit, hide, or remove any content at any time, for any reason, including suspected inaccuracy or identifiability.
4. Not medical advice
The Site is for professional interest, education, and entertainment. Nothing on it is medical advice, a clinical reference, or a standard of care. Values are self-reported and unverified, and may be wrong.
5. No affiliation
Hospital and department names identify where a value was reportedly seen. Their appearance does not mean any hospital, health system, employer, or professional organization is affiliated with, sponsors, or endorses Redraw.
6. Acceptable use
Don't post false, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content; don't scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the Site; and don't use it to identify, contact, or target any patient or person.
7. Reporting and takedowns
Use the Report link on any entry, or email privacy@redrawlabs.com. We review reports promptly and remove content that appears identifying or violates these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDRAW AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR CONTENT POSTED BY USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redraw and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law, including privacy law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time. You may stop using the Site at any time.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; if the changes are material, we'll ask you to accept them again before posting. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Pulaski County], Arkansas.
